Print labels

Item labels on Avery sheets, a Brother roll or tags; shelf and kit labels on Avery L7160; personal QR cards for people.

Select items and choose to print labels, or use Print labels on an import’s receipt. Pick a template:

  • Avery L7160, 21 per A4 sheet
  • Avery J8165, 8 per A4 sheet
  • Brother 62 mm roll (DK-22205), cut at 29 mm
  • Tag 50 × 25 mm

Choose what goes under the code: the item name, its location or its serial number. On a half-used sheet, set the start position to skip labels you’ve already peeled. Print at 100% scale.

Open a folder and choose Print shelf label, or Print all shelf labels with no folder selected. Shelf labels print on Avery L7160. Scanning one offers to count that place, move things there or show what’s there.

On a kit’s page, open More actions and choose Print kit label (Avery L7160). Scanning it puts the whole kit in the basket.

On a person’s page, choose Print QR card under their My things link. It’s credit-card sized. On their own phone it opens their My things page; at your counter, scanning it starts a basket for that person.

Labels you already have

Barcodes on boxes and labels from an old system keep working once their codes are attached to items, either from a code column when you import or by scanning an unknown code and choosing Attach to an item. Reprinting a label keeps the same code.
