Questions before you pay
What happens when the plan is full?
Nothing breaks. Everyone keeps working, items keep flowing and exports keep working. A sixth editor or a 51st borrower needs the Warehouse. Viewers, hand-overs done by an editor, everyone’s return link and API keys stay free on every plan.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Stockroom is €190 a year and Warehouse is €490 a year, two months free. Switch between monthly and yearly under Plan and billing whenever you like.
How do I pay, and is VAT included?
Prices are in euro, excluding VAT. Paid plans are sold through Polar as merchant of record, so the receipt and the VAT treatment come from Polar, and cards are handled by Stripe. The free plan needs no payment details.
What if I stop paying?
Your workspace becomes a Shelf. Everything you built stays: every item, photo and logbook line, readable by everyone, with one editor. Full CSV export works before, during and after. Cancelling is a button, not a phone call.
Does ItemTally ever meter items?
Never. Not at 100 items, not at 100,000. Items are unlimited on every plan including the free one, and that is a signed public pledge.
Where is my data?
Your register is hosted in the EU, with Hetzner, by Ethereal Labs AB, a Swedish company. A few services around it, such as e-mail and payments, are US companies; the EU page names every one.
Who are you?
I’m Alex. I run a small business, and ItemTally is the register I use for my own stock. No investors, no exit plan. The pledge is signed with my name because I’m the one accountable to it. ItemTally is made by Ethereal Labs AB in Göteborg, Sweden, and you can reach me at [email protected].
