Getting started
Scanning and labels
- Scanning, the scan sheet and the basket Scan a label and the sheet offers the one thing you'd do next. Switch modes for returns, moves and counts, or fill a basket for many things at once.
- Print labels Item labels on Avery sheets, a Brother roll or tags; shelf and kit labels on Avery L7160; personal QR cards for people.
Lending and custody
- Hand over and return Scan, pick the person, set a due date and hand over. Return with a scan, extend when needed, and report anything that came back broken.
- Self-service and borrowers Borrowers take, return and extend for themselves. Shelf includes 10, Stockroom 50, Warehouse unlimited. Handovers by editors stay free.
- My things links A private link for each person: what they hold, when it's due, and buttons to say it's back or extend. No account, free on every plan.
- Reminders People hear the day before and on the due date. Editors hear the day after. You can remind anyone by hand from Out or Today.
- The Out view Everything that's out, grouped by person, overdue first, with Return and Remind on every line.
- Reservations and booking requests Hold items for dates without double-booking, let outsiders request through a share link, and hand over on the day.
- Signatures and approval per folder Two switches on any folder, both off by default. Signatures at take or handover; approval before borrowers take things.
- Possession checks A link that asks "do you still have these?", with disputes routed to a person and a custody sheet for leaving day.
