My things links
A private link for each person: what they hold, when it's due, and buttons to say it's back or extend. No account, free on every plan.
What the person sees
The page says hello and lists what they have: each item’s name, place, code and due date, plus anything booked for them. No prices, no login. For each item they can:
- I’ve returned it: tells you it’s back. It’s a claim: it shows on Today as Says it’s back until you Confirm return or say Not here, and scanning the item settles it too. The logbook only changes when it’s confirmed.
- Extend to a week later, if nobody has booked it. If someone has, the link asks them to return it first.
- Report a problem, which reaches the team.
Send someone their link
On the person’s page, under My things link: Copy link, Send link by email, or Print QR card. The link is also in every handover receipt and every reminder. Members find their own under Settings → Notifications.
Replace a link
If a link has been shared by mistake, choose Regenerate link. The old one stops working at once.
