Roles, room keys and plans
Owners and admins edit, borrowers take and return, viewers look. Room keys limit a member to some folders. Plans differ by people, never by items.
Roles
- Owner: everything, including billing and the workspace itself.
- Admin: edits the register and hands things over. Owners and admins are the editors your plan counts.
- Borrower: takes, returns and extends for themselves. Uses a borrower seat.
- Viewer: sees the register. Always free.
Change roles under Settings → Members and roles.
Room keys
To limit a member to some folders (a teacher to their classroom, a crew lead to their van), open Settings → Members and roles and give them a Room key: tick the folders they can see. Their register, counts, Today and phone stop at those folders. Owners are never limited.
Plans
- Shelf: €0. 1 editor, 10 borrowers.
- Stockroom: €19 a month, or €190 a year. 5 editors, 50 borrowers.
- Warehouse: €49 a month, or €490 a year. Unlimited editors and borrowers.
Items are unlimited on every plan. Viewers, handovers done by editors, My things links and API keys (read and write) are free on every plan. A write key acts as the editor who created it.
Change or cancel
Open Plan and billing (press ⌘K or Ctrl+K and type it) to switch between monthly and yearly or change plan. Cancelling moves you to Shelf; nothing is deleted.
