The structural difference
Stockroom prices like the mid-market product it grew out of: $89/mo, or $828 a year, with unlimited products and unlimited scanning users. That flat price is fair dealing, and it assumes stock that mostly stays on shelves, managed by an admin or two.
ItemTally prices for the office cupboard, the workshop and the school store: €19/mo flat, unlimited items, priced only by people (5 editors and 50 borrowers). Same no-metering philosophy. The difference is what happens when a thing leaves the shelf with a person: ItemTally records who has it, when it’s due and who signed.
