Today
Returns to confirm, booking requests, overdue loans, low stock and counts due, each with the button that deals with it.
What shows up
Today is grouped into four sections:
- Needs you: people saying they’ve returned something (Confirm return or Not here), problems reported on items, booking requests (Approve or Decline), overdue returns (Remind, Return, Extend), things that came back damaged, and service dates that have passed.
- Low stock: everything at or below its minimum, with Add stock right on the card.
- Coming up: loans due soon and service dates on the way.
- Worth a look: counts that are due (Start count) and this week’s insights, such as an item used faster than usual or a possible duplicate.
The footer shows the register at a glance: how many items, their value, how many are out and how many are low.
Snooze a card
If a card can wait, snooze it Until tomorrow, For a week or For two weeks. Low stock has Snooze all.
What borrowers and viewers see
Borrowers and viewers see their own Today instead: Your things, Booked for you and anything Waiting for approval.
