Make a place a stock point

Edit a folder and tick Stock point: track stock levels here. Set its Kind to Folder, Vehicle or Site so vans and sites look like what they are everywhere.

Set minimums and restock levels

Open Stock levels: one row per product, one column per place. Click a cell to set Low-stock alert at (the minimum) and Restock to (a full shelf). Set everywhere copies a row’s levels to every place. Suggestions appear as Try a range, based on how fast it’s used. Anything at or below its minimum appears under Low stock on Today.

Load a van or a site

To load lists what each place needs to get back to its restock level. Choose Record load, pick where it came From, and ItemTally posts the transfers in one go, with Undo. Share link gives a read-only load sheet for 30 days; Print gives a paper one.

Reorder

Reorder list downloads what needs buying, or Send to buyer emails it to the address under Settings → Notifications.

Move stock

Move sends an item to another place. To split a quantity between places, take some out of one and add it to the other.
