Reports and exports
Nine reports with CSV download and weekly email, an items CSV, an inventory report PDF, a full takeout and a year-end pack.
Reports
Under Reports: Inventory summary, Value over time, Movements, Top movers, Stale stock, Days of stock left, Consumption cost, Custody by person and Asset value. Filter by folder or tag and download any report as CSV. Save report keeps the filters, and can email it to you every Monday.
Exports
Open Exports (press ⌘K or Ctrl+K and type it):
- Export items: every item as CSV. It re-imports cleanly, and can be shared as a read-only link for 30 days.
- Inventory report: a PDF list with values, for insurers and auditors.
- Full takeout: a ZIP of CSVs with everything in the workspace.
- Year-end pack: the inventory report, the full takeout and the year’s consumption report, together.
Exports, imports and reports cover the whole register, so they aren’t available to members whose access is limited to some folders.
