Count the truck before it leaves. No signal required.

Kit spread across a venue, a warehouse and three trucks - counted where it actually sits, even when there isn’t a single bar of signal.

The register across the whole kit list - what's available, what's low, and what's already out on a show.

Sound familiar?

The kit is split across a venue, a warehouse and three trucks, and the counts happen in loading bays with no signal at all. One missing cable isn’t a shrug - it’s a show problem, discovered at the worst possible moment.

A day with ItemTally

Load out, close the list, roll.

1
Load out in the dark
The crew counts the last crate into truck two - in a concrete loading bay with no bars on anyone’s phone. Scans land locally, no spinner, no “retry.”
2
The list closes itself
As crates are scanned, the load-out list ticks toward complete. A short cable or a missing crate shows up before the roller door comes down, not at the venue.
3
Back in signal, it reconciles
Roll out of the bay and everything syncs to the register on its own. The logbook says which crate went to which show, and who signed for it.

No purchase orders, no invoices, no client billing - that’s fine. ItemTally makes sure the truck is complete and the crate is accounted for. Quote and invoice the show wherever you already do; let ItemTally own the count. Here’s exactly what we will and won’t build →
